Class is $70.00 for 2 day class unless otherwise specified. Class is 9am-5pm. Supply list and info is given when class is paid for.
LOCALS: overnight for class is $55.00 per night for regular
class attendees, it includes breakfast. If you would like to come the
night before the class the cost is $55.00 for the room when you are also staying
the 2nd night, no class time. Please come after dinner. The sleep over price is for regular class attendees with a meal.
THOSE COMING FOR A RETREAT: if taking a class with a retreat, the regular retreat price applies along with the above class price. If taking a class the minimum retreat stay is 3 nights for $325.00 or longer as indicated on schedule below.
RETREAT INFO: check in is 4pm-4:30pm the Thursday afternoon before class with dinner at 6pm. Class is Friday and Sat.9am-5pm, check out is after brunch on Sunday or as noted below for specific classes.
MAKE UPS WILL BE VERY LIMITED, BE SURE TO ATTEND YOUR CLASS (there are no refunds on classes)
PREREQUISITE FOR EVERY CLASS IS THE BEGINNING CLASS or expertise in folding, cutting and basic quilting terminology and techniques, except the beginning class of course
CLASSES ARE ALL BEGINNING LEVEL UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE as the technique taught is beginning level for that technique. You must have taken the basic beginning class or have those skills and vocabulary.
*Thursday April 8th – Wed. April 14th PIECING AND MACHINE APPLIQUE 6 NIGHT RETREAT with 3 day class: Friday, Sat, and Sun. Make ‘TOUCH OF ROMANCE’, ‘Out of Darkness’, ‘TO GOD BE THE GLORY’, ‘HEART AND HOME’, ‘SUNFLOWER HILL’ or any Quilt Co. BOM that I have had or pieced quilt. Class fee $105.00
*Monday May 3rd and Tuesday May 4th 9am-5pm WEST JORDAN, UT CLASS: Make ‘SUGAR FIX’, ‘AUTUMN FLIGHT’, ‘DINNER FOR TWO’, ‘MISS BEE HIVING’ OR ‘HIGH SPY’ or any Makenna Ryan pattern. Learn raw edge appliqué, free motion quilting, use of clear nylon thread, freezer paper appliqué of ultra suede and quilting borders with stick on borer paper designs. Class fee $90.00
*Thursday May 20th – Monday May 24th COLORWASH IRISH CHAIN CLASS 4 or 5 NIGHT RETREAT, check out on Monday May 24th or Tues May 25th with 3day class. Class fee $105.00
*Monday June 28th - Friday July 2nd FUSING WITH MACHINE APPLIQUE AND BEGINNING CLASS 4 NIGHT RETREAT. Can do 'seasonal wall hanging or any fusible project.
*Thursday Aug. 12th – Wed. Aug. 18th PIECING AND MACHINE APPLIQUE 6 NIGHT RETREAT with 3 day class. Make any pieced quilt or ‘OUT OF DARKNESS’, ‘TO GOD BE THE GLORY’, ‘HEART AND HOME’, ‘SUNFLOWER HILL’,
or 'COLORWASH IRISH CHAIN' or any past BOM from me by Quilt Company. Class fee $105.00
*Thursday Aug. 26th – Sunday Aug. 29th SEE MAY 3RD CLASS FOR KITS AND DESCRIPTION. Class fee $70.00
*Thursday Sept. 9th – Sunday Sept. 12th PAPER PIECING, ADVANCED PAPER PIECING AND MACHINE APPLIQUE. 3 NIGHT RETREAT. Can do ‘NORTHWOODS ADVENTURE’, ‘SNOWMEN IN THE NORTHWOODS’, ‘CRAZY DAISY DAY’, ‘JOY OF LIFE’, ‘LADIES OF THE NIGHT’, ETC. Class fee $70.00
